The Mormon Handcart Pageant

In honor of the Martin and Willie Handcart Company, Season 8 will be held June 23 - 26, 2010.

Juab County Fairgrounds
350 West Center Street, Nephi, UT.

Performances start nightly at dusk (9:15) and the show lasts about two hours.
Pre-pageant activities begin at 6:30 pm. These include: Pioneer Super, Chuck Wagon, Concession Stand, Handcart History Fair, Pioneer Art Show/Sale, Pioneer Story Telling, Live Musical Entertainment.

Pageant activities will begin at 6:30 PM and will include a handcart history fair, pioneer story telling, and a pioneer art gallery/sale.

The optional Pioneer Supper has become a huge hit and so has the Chuck-Wagon Concession stand. All food proceeds go directly to support the pageant so come hungry and eat up!

Ute Stampede Rodeo

The Ute Stampede rodeo grew out of the West - pure and natural.

With Mt. Nebo and the Red Ledges to the east, it is nestled in green and fertile Juab Valley - a perfect setting for an arena and rodeo.

The Ute Stampede is traditionally held the second weekend in July. It's a perfect time for a celebration before the grain harvest, hauling in the meadow, etc. The cattle are on the mountain, the crops are planted, and the first crop of hay is up.

From humble beginnings, the Ute Stampede has grown into one of Utah's largest celebrations.

Held in Nephi, Utah July 15, 16 & 17 2010.
